2016-2017 Annual Update Timeline:
Instructional Programs

  • 10/17/2016 - Initiators begin working on the IPR
  • 11/04/2016 - IPR is due to Department Chairs
  • 11/14/2016 - IPR is due to Dean
  • 11/23/2016 - IPR is due to Vice President Academic Affairs
  • 11/23/2016 - Program Review Committee begin reviewing IPRs
  • 12/6/2016 - IPR is approved by Vice President AA
  • 12/8/2016 – IPRs submitted to Academic Senate for approval at 12/13/16 senate mtg.
  • 12/16/2016 - Submitted to Budget Committee for prioritization of Allocation Requests

Student Service Programs (Including Athletics, Child Development Center, Community Services, Library, and Student Success Center)

  • 10/24/2016 - Initiators begin working on the NIPR
  • 11/14/2016 - NIPR is due to Dean/Manager
  • 11/23/2016 - NIPR is due to Vice President Student Services
  • 11/23/2016 - Program Review Committee begin reviewing NIPRs
  • 12/6/2016 - NIPR is approved by Vice President SS
  • 12/16/2016 - Budget Allocation Requests are prioritized at the Budget Committee

Administrative Service Programs

  • 10/24/2016 - Initiators begin working on the NIPR
  • 11/14/2016 - NIPR is due to Vice President Administrative Services
  • 11/15/2016 - Program Review Committee begin reviewing NIPRs
  • 12/6/2016 - NIPR is approved by Vice President AS
  • 12/16/2016 - Budget Allocation Requests are prioritized at the Budget Committee

Program Review Committee Charge

This committee shall be responsible for:
1. Reviewing the documents and procedures for Program Review.
2. Make recommendations to the Senate for Change where appropriate.
3. Maintain copies of completed program reviews.
4. Maintain a schedule for department/discipline program review.
5. Write and submit to the Senate an annual report on the major
recommendations of the program reviewers.
